Are you confused about why you don’t seem to be able to get pregnant? Are you searching for ways to get pregnant naturally? Are you, in fact, desperate to get pregnant? Are you worried that others are able to get pregnant when nothing is happening in that department for you?

Well you have come to the right place! If you want to get pregnant naturally, just read on and follow the simple guidelines…..I have listed below the top 4 tips for you to follow if you want to get pregnant naturally.

The list is by no means an exhaustive one and is presented purely as a guide for those who unfortunately are finding it difficult to conceive and really want to get pregnant naturally. There could be numerous reasons why you have not yet fallen pregnant. Don’t despair and certainly don’t immediately jump to the conclusion that there is something wrong with either you or your partner.

1. Staying Healthy and What about that Cup of Coffee?

Well we have to get this one out of the way first. It’s pretty obvious that you need to get as healthy as possible prior to getting pregnant – then you need to stay as healthy as possible during your pregnancy. It is always prudent to ensure that you are keeping to a healthy and nutritious diet. Vitamin C is worth special consideration however. Taking some vitamin C supplements when you are trying to get pregnant would be a sensible move. Just don’t overdo it since too much vitamin C could hinder the process of conception by causing the cervical fluid to dry up. Now we do not want that to happen.

So what about that cup of coffee?

This is an easy one. If you are really serious about having babies then stop drinking coffee whilst you are trying to get pregnant. Simple as that! I know it sounds a bit harsh, especially if you are hooked on your shot of coffee but it is sound advice. Unfortunately it is difficult to find definitive evidence one way or the other about the problems associated with drinking coffee and getting pregnant.

The debate goes on. However, there are many authoritative studies that claim drinking coffee whilst trying to get pregnant could delay the process in some women. On that basis there is enough evidence to support the view that the best way forward for any woman trying to get pregnant is to quit drinking coffee. Not a great sacrifice to have to make – is it?

2. Timing Is Everything – or Is It?

You will have heard about trying to “time” your sex to increase your chances of getting pregnant. You know, taking temperature measurements and predicting ovulation so as to have sex the week prior to ovulation. Also there is the one about the woman being “on top” during intercourse. There are loads more of these “old wives tales” and some will have more validity than others. All it seems to achieve is an element of confusion and even stress and anxiety. My advice is not to get “hung up” by all these theories and go with the old adage that the more sex the better!

The aim is to avoid stress so have as much sex as you can without causing stress to you or your partner. Be mindful of the fact that stress can be a detrimental health factor and there is evidence that it can decrease fertility – more on stress later. Therefore you and your partner need to put a bit of constructive thought into how you can keep the sex interesting and enjoyable. I’m sure I can leave you to sort that one out. However as soon as the sex becomes a chore for either of you the stress levels will become elevated and that is what we are trying to avoid

3. Sorry but We Need to Get a Bit Technical Now!

Let’s talk lubricants and I’m not talking about car maintenance! Many of you will be using lubricants during intercourse and indeed I’m sure many will be thinking that by doing so it will help the process. Well, unfortunately this is not always the case.

Some over-the-counter lubricants are not conducive to getting pregnant and will, in some instances, damage the sperm. This must not happen. Make sure that when you purchase the lubricant you read the label carefully and ensure the product is specifically formulated and designed not to be harmful in any way to the sperm.

Whilst we have touched on the subject of the sperm we need to make a few things clear. You should be taking some simple but effective measures to nurture and protect the sperm! Make him wear boxers so as to keep everything nice and loose! You know what I mean. Make sure he takes showers and avoids hot baths from now on in. Actually you need to ensure he keeps heat away from his groin region so his MacBook resting on his lap is not recommended. We are trying everything possible to avoid instances where the sperm count could be lowered in any way at all.

4. Don’t Get Stressed!

Easier said than done – I know! I am not one of those annoying people who glibly tell you not to get stressed or not to worry. Of course, from time to time we all get stressed out and there will often be anxiety and worry about not being able to get pregnant naturally again this month! All this is normal.

My advice is to minimize these stressful episodes as much as possible. Perhaps the best way to deal with these types of problems is to recognize and acknowledge that they do happen and are a normal part of life. Having recognized the problem you must set about a pro-active regime of coping with any of these issues as they arise. Take time out to relax, you could start by listening to more music, reading one of your favorite books again (a kind of comfort thing) or even watching an old film with your partner. In essence you need to set aside more time for yourself and your partner. It is often called – me time.

Any of these activities will help you to manage stress, anxiety and worry but it will only happen if you are positive in your approach. Don’t let worry and anxiety creep up and hijack you!!!

I suspect you have done quite a bit of research on this topic of trying to get pregnant naturally. You will understand the tips I have given to you are not new or unique, you may have heard about them or seen them written down somewhere else. However they are a genuine offering to anyone unfortunate enough to have had problems getting pregnant. I understand your frustration and confusion, my wife and I have been there just like you. In your darker moments, when you think there is no chance that you will ever get pregnant, do not despair. We felt the same way, but we were lucky enough to discover help that actually worked for us and my wife was able to get pregnant naturally almost immediately.

Many people write to me desperate to become pregnant but under the impression that all they have to do is to have unprotected sex a few times and you will become pregnant. These couples soon find out that this is not the case; many begin to wonder if there is something wrong with them and start to wonder if they have a fertility problem.

A little investigation into the process of becoming pregnant will show us that the woman ovulates only once a month and that the ovum will only last about 12 hours before it dries up and becomes unable to be fertilized. This little fact alone puts into perspective the timescale a little and when you think that you have been having unprotected sex for 3 months and that to you seems like ample time to become pregnant then think again about the percentage of the total time in those three months that you could actually conceive and you will begin to understand why it is actually a close to a miracle that anyone becomes pregnant at all under the best of circumstances.

We have so much fear of getting pregnant drummed into us as teenagers that we really believe that simply having unprotected sex a few times will undoubtedly result in pregnancy and when it doesn’t we begin to wonder if we are infertile or not.

Simply arming yourselves with a little knowledge of how the process of pregnancy occurs and how the male and female bodies react can dramatically improve your chances of becoming pregnant.

Little facts like how to tell when you are about to ovulate, how the man can increase or decrease the potency of his sperm and knowing what foods are congenial to conception can all increase your chances of becoming pregnant and raise your hopes so you do not sink into a depression about not becoming pregnant which can also have a detrimental effect on the conception process.

Here are a few very general tips I give out to the many people who regularly write to me the very same question… ‘I have been trying to get pregnant for three months and can’t… Please help me’;

* The basic key is to keep a healthy mind and body… i.e., health eating, no drinking, smoking or drug taking (including prescription drugs where possible – consult your doctor).

* Smoking not only causes damage to the fetus in the first few days of existence but also greatly lowers the chances of getting pregnant for both the male and female.

* The use of cannabis or marijuana acts as a natural contraceptive slowing the sperm’s ability to travel by up to 50%.

* Are you aware of when you ovulate? (There are methods outlined at our website on how to do this if you are not.)

* In an ideal situation you should aim to make love a few hours before ovulation actually occurs.

* Repeated ejaculation dramatically lowers the male sperm count. To retain a healthy sperm count you should make no more than once every 2 or 3 days.

* Avoid the use of tight male underwear

I have presented you with a few basic tips which you may or may not have already known. You may also benefit from reading my ebook ‘The No Nonsense Guide To Getting Pregnant’ which can be found here: http://www.pregnantaid.com/guidetogettingpregnant.html

Check out our website for more information and tips and if you feel that you are still doing all the right things and have tried everything then you may want to consult your doctor to see if there is an obvious medical problem as a large percentage of fertility problems do have a solution.

Women who are ready to start their families are usually concerned with one thing – how can I get pregnant fast? While the answer is a little different for each woman, there are some things you can do to help you get pregnant faster. The following is a list of tips that can help you become pregnant:

1. Take care of yourself. You need to make sure your body is in good condition to be prepared to handle the changes that come with pregnancy. Start by getting your body in shape- try to be at or just a little over your ideal body weight. Eat healthy foods, take prenatal vitamins, avoid smoking or alcohol, and try to exercise moderately. The more steps you take to make sure you are healthy, the more likely you are to have a healthy pregnancy and healthy baby.

2. Reduce the stress in your life. Stress can lead to a lot of bad habits, like smoking, drinking alcohol, eating poorly, and other unhealthy habits. Stress has a lot of effects on the body that can make it more difficult to get pregnant.

3. See your doctor before you start trying to conceive. Let your doctor know that you want to begin trying to become pregnant, and ask your doctor if there are any medical conditions you have that may make becoming pregnant more difficult. You will also want to make sure you are in the best possible health to avoid complications. Ask your doctor about any birth control methods you have used recently to see if any of them mean you should be waiting a few months before trying to conceive.

4. Start having sex- often! It is difficult to get pregnant if you don’t have sex on a regular basis, so lovemaking should be a priority! However, don’t let it become a chore. Spend time finding ways to spice up your love life so that you both enjoy having sex and don’t view it as something you “have” to do. Many researchers think that women who achieve orgasm during sex become pregnant more easily. Also, choose positions where sperm stays in the vagina longest. For example, missionary position works well, especially if you place a pillow under your hips to keep sperm inside after your partner climaxes. Also, don’t get up right after sex- besides the pleasant feeling of lounging after sex, let gravity help you by keeping sperm near the cervix as long as possible.

5. Know when you ovulate. If you want to maximize your chances of becoming pregnant quickly, you may want to consider using an Ovulation Predictor Kit to determine the time of month that you are most fertile. Begin by tracking your cycle so that you know which days your period is likely to occur and how long your cycle is so that you can properly use the kit. Once you have determined what days are your most fertile, go back to tip #4! Make sure you are having sex as often as possible around the time you ovulate to help you become pregnant.

Most women become pregnant within a few months of trying to conceive. Even for those who don’t become pregnant quickly, often, time is the only thing you need. Although it can be frustrating to wait, be confident that you will become pregnant. If you haven’t become pregnant after several months of trying, you should consult an obGYN to begin figuring out why you are having difficulty.

So you want to get pregnant? You may be wondering what’s taking so long. “Why does it seem so difficult?” you may ask. “Why can’t I seem to get pregnant?”

I had all these questions and more. I wanted to know how to get pregnant fast.

First, let’s talk about the odds of getting pregnant in any given monthly cycle. One study cited a couple’s chance of getting pregnant within the first month of trying at about 25%, while 60% will get pregnant within 6 months, 75% within 9 months, 80% within 1 year, and 90% of couples get pregnant within 18 months of trying.

Now let’s talk about the factors that may be affecting your fertility and your partner’s fertility. In other words, what’s hindering your chances of getting pregnant fast?

Here are the 10 most likely causes of infertility issues followed by some conception tips to help increase your odds of getting pregnant faster.

1.	Smoking. If you or your partner smoke cigarettes, this will greatly hinder your trying-to-conceive efforts. Women who smoke are 60% more likely than non-smokers to be infertile.

Medical research indicates that egg depletion and sperm damage caused by smoking is the cause for this decrease in fertility. Smoking is very bad for your health anyway, so this should give you a worthwhile incentive to quit for your own health and those around you. An unborn baby is at a high risk for many complications if the mother is a smoker. Also, if your partner smokes around you, you are affected by the second-hand smoke, which is very harmful as well. Remember that with over 2,000 different chemicals in tobacco smoke, not one of them is nutritious or enriching for you or your baby.

2.	Illicit Drug Use or Alcohol Use. This may seem like a “no brainer” for most of us, but some women and men need to be reminded that illicit drug use is a no-no for those trying to conceive. Marijuana use specifically suppresses hormone production, which can cause decreased sperm count and possible erectile dysfunction in men and irregular periods in women. Alcohol in moderation may not significantly affect fertility, but if you want to definitely increase your chances of getting pregnant sooner rather than later, it’s best to avoid alcohol completely (both the woman and the man).

3.	Caffeine Intake. Caffeine is believed to reduce fertility. It also is believed to be risky during pregnancy with an increased risk of miscarriage with more than very mild use. Caffeine’s

effect on fertility and pregnancy is controversial – some believe it to be harmful in even small

quantities and others believe it is fine with moderate use (up to three cups of coffee per day). But why take a chance, especially if you want to conceive quickly and avoid a potential miscarriage? Caffeine is in chocolate, coffee, tea, and most sodas. Even decaffeinated coffee and tea (black and green) has a small amount of caffeine, so be aware of this when drinking. If you truly want to get pregnant more quickly, you should give up caffeine altogether for a better chance of increasing fertility. If it’s too hard and you have a caffeine addiction, then wean down gradually in order to make it easier on yourself.

4.	Poor Diet. What you eat or don’t eat is crucial to your overall well-being and

reproductive health. Getting pregnant is a complex process, one that requires many different body organs and glands to function properly to have proper hormonal balance and functioning. Most people don’t get the recommended daily allowance of fruits and vegetables and water per day. This is very basic, but it’s crucial to pay attention to in order to help increase your fertility and your chances of getting pregnant more quickly. Eat lots of green leafy vegetables (leaf lettuce, kale, collard greens, etc.), whole grains (oatmeal, whole grain breads, brown rice, etc.), raw nuts (almonds, Brazil nuts, walnuts, cashews, etc.), and a variety of fresh fruits and vegetables. Organic is best, and fresh is better than canned or processed. (Note that Brazil nuts are especially good for sperm health).

5.	Lack of Exercise. If you’re sedentary, get moving. It will help you feel better, lose

weight if needed, and will improve your fertility and chance of getting pregnant. Walking, swimming, biking, or aerobics are great forms of exercise. Do something that you enjoy, and it will be easier to keep up. Exercise at least 3 times a week for 20-30 minutes at a time.

6.	Obesity or Being Overweight. If your BMI is greater than 25, you are considered overweight and are prone to health risks. A BMI of 30 or more is considered obese. Avoid fad diets or skipping meals. It has been proven that starving yourself only makes things worse. Do eat, but eat smaller portions more often, and cut out the junk food. Start slowly if you need to,

but definitely start.

7.	Stressful Lifestyle. If you have a stressful work environment, consider changing

jobs. Stress will not only affect your fertility, it will affect your overall health and place you at greater risk for heart disease and many other health problems. Also, do what you can to relax often (at least once a day). Practice deep breathing to help relieve stress. What I do is inhale as deeply as I can with my mouth closed. Then I exhale slowly through my mouth. This is an instant stress reliever for me. Try it and see what it does for you! Another stress reliever can be a leisurely walk, especially if it’s something you enjoy and is in a beautiful environment. Go with your mate and use it to catch up on events of the day or just to dream of your future together. A warm bath can also be a great stress reliever, just don’t make it too warm, especially for the males, as it could affect sperm quality and quantity.

8.	Advanced Age. Advanced age is widely considered to be age 35 and older. Women who are 35 years old and older do have somewhat of a disadvantage when trying to conceive. It is said that a female is born with the total amount of eggs she will have her entire life. Thus, at age 35 and beyond, her eggs are considerably “older” than they were in her 20′s, making it more difficult

to conceive. That said, those of us who are older need to be even more diligent to be optimally

healthy in order to increase our changes of getting pregnant faster. Men can be affected by age as

well, especially as libido tends to decrease with age. I have found maca to be a wonderful libido enhancer and also fertility promoter. It is said to improve the quality of a woman’s eggs as well. I believe it helped me to get pregnant at 39 and carry my beautiful, perfectly health baby boy to full term.

9.	Poor Intercourse Timing. In order to conceive, a couple needs to have intercourse

near the woman’s ovulation time – the closer the better. If a couple just has intercourse “whenever”, their chances of getting pregnant are not as good. Especially for the older couples in their late 30′s to 40′s, timing is crucial to getting pregnant faster. To get the timing right, you need to determine your ovulation date.

I like to track my cycles by using a basal thermometer. This thermometer is different from the

regular thermometer used to determine a fever. A basal thermometer is an ultra-sensitive thermometer that tracks your body’s most minute temperature shift and helps you calculate

ovulation. Another means I like for determining ovulation date is an ovulation predictor kit (OPK) . There are two kinds – the urine strips and also the fertility monitors. The strips are like a pregnancy test stick, only they measure LH (or luteinizing hormone) instead of HCG (the pregnancy hormone). The fertility monitors use saliva to determine your most fertile period by showing a ferning pattern when you’re most likely to conceive.

10.	Physical Issues. There are many physical issues that can hinder your chances of

getting pregnant. Eating right, exercising, losing weight, and quitting bad habits can greatly help to heal many of these conditions. Sometimes medical intervention is necessary, though. These conditions can include irregular menstrual cycles, anovulation (lack of ovulation), PCOS (polycystic ovarian syndrome), endometriosis, low sperm motility or mobility, low sperm count, or luteal phase defect, among others.

I suggest that you get some prenatal tests done for you and your partner. If you’ve been trying

to get pregnant for six months or more, especially if you’re 35 or older, see a reproductive endocrinologist. He or she will help you to decide which testing is best for you and your partner. Semen analysis will most likely be helpful to determine sperm health. And the woman’s symptoms

will help to determine what tests are performed for her. Prenatal testing is very beneficial even if you want to get pregnant naturally. If you know what your condition is, you’re more likely to be able to overcome it.

If this article has helped you, please consider sharing it with someone you know who would

benefit also.

Whether a potential pregnancy is a surprise, or you’ve been trying to conceive for many months, you likely want to know whether you are pregnant. Perhaps it is too early to take a home pregnancy test, or perhaps you’ve gotten a negative result but you have a suspicion that you really are pregnant. There are many early physical signs in women that point toward a possible pregnancy. All women are different and so not all women have the same signs. Most women report to having some but not all of the following signs early in their pregnancy.

#1 – You Might Be Pregnant If… you are completely exhausted.

Many women complain of extreme exhaustion and when they find out that they are pregnant, they understand where the tiredness was coming from. This is one of the earliest signs of pregnancy, occurring sometimes as soon as one week after conception. It is also one of the most common physical signs of early pregnancy. If you are pregnant and experiencing severe exhaustion, the simple, but often ignored advice is to get as much rest as possible, including naps during the day.

#2 – You Might Be Pregnant If… nausea and vomiting have reared their heads!

Known as morning sickness, this common symptom of pregnancy is not just for the morning. Severe nausea can last all day long. Vomiting can be occasional or constant. Often the worst part of being pregnant, this is a sure sign of pregnancy. Some women experience it within a week of conception. Unfortunately, there isn’t a whole lot you can do to alleviate this symptom. Salty crackers and ginger are sometimes helpful, but often, nothing helps the nausea at all.

#3 – You Might Be Pregnant If… your breasts are tender and sore.

Discomfort, swelling, and tenderness of breasts is a very common early sign of pregnancy. More annoying than uncomfortable, this symptom of conception could be a sign that you should go get a pregnancy test.

#4 – You Might Be Pregnant If… you have missed your period.

Missing your period is another extremely accurate sign that you might be pregnant. However, a missed period doesn’t always indicate pregnancy. Other factors, such as stress, can cause the delay of a period. Even worrying about getting pregnant can cause your period to be late. If you have irregular periods anyway, a missed period is not going to be an accurate sign that you are pregnant.

#5 – You Might Be Pregnant If… you notice darkening of your areola.

The areola is the area of the breast that circles the nipple. Many women experience a darkening of this area soon after conception occurs. This is a less common symptom, but still an accurate sign of pregnancy nonetheless.

When you want to get pregnant, you are likely to be hypersensitive to any changes that you sense in your body. As soon as you sense any of these symptoms, you are likely to go take a pregnancy test. It is possible to get a negative result even if you are pregnant. This usually happens when women take the pregnancy test too soon after conception. And, since all women are different, you could sense no physical changes in your body and still be pregnant. Some women don’t experience any of the above signs until they are several weeks into their pregnancy. Some women experience no signs other than an expanding abdomen. The best way to determine if you are pregnant is to go to your doctor and get a blood test. Then you’ll know for certain and you won’t have to be guessing at every little lurch you feel in your body.

Some people, in modern times, have delayed marriage and childbearing until at a later age than was traditionally the norm. Because of this, a lot of couples find it hard to get pregnant when they finally decide to. Studies show that fertility decreases with age and so does the rate of intercourse, while the rates of miscarriages, birth and pregnancy complications experienced by older pregnant women increase. Also, more patients over the age of 35 visit fertility clinics as compared to patients who are in their 20s because it is harder to get pregnant at a later age. There are now plenty of options available for older couples to get pregnant. These include fertility medications, in vitro fertilization, or egg donation. There are certain considerations which apply to these procedures. Extensive research, credible resources, and certified professionals must be foremost on the list when considering these options.

How to Get Pregnant: Men vs. Women

In the olden days, it was believed that women were chiefly responsible for the failure to get pregnant. Although there may be reason to believe that women may be responsible, it is about time that the men?s role in pregnancy be recognized. Researches say that 35 percent of cases which involve the couple?s inability to conceive can be traced back to the man. On the average, a healthy male releases between 120 to 600 million sperm per ejaculation. That would accumulate to about 400,000,000,000 in his lifetime. Why then are men to blame? Numbers alone are not enough to make a couple conceive. What is more important is the quality of sperm or the adequate number of healthy sperm. The inability to deliver sperm into the vagina, which may be caused by impotence, inhibited ejaculation or retrograde ejaculation. may also be blamed. There are also instances when sperm fails to descend from the testes or when diseases or physical injuries affect the male’s inability to produce healthy sperm.

Enhance Reproductive Health

When planning to get pregnant, it is important to remember to live a healthy lifestyle. Smoking must be avoided since it is linked to low sperm counts and slow sperm motility; it also increases the probability of miscarriages. Prolonged marijuana use also increases the possibility of underdeveloped sperm, as does alcohol. Be cautious of intense exercise, tight underwear, antibiotics intake and environmental poisons and hazards as they may affect a couple’s ability to get pregnant. Generally, both males and females must live a healthy lifestyle – eating nutritiously, avoiding all toxins and increasing vitamin C intake. In the same way, abstaining from sex for brief periods of time (three to six days) increases both the volume and potency of sperm.

When people contemplate marriage they think that they know all there is to know about how to get pregnant. The sad part is that a majority of couples face a lot of trouble when it comes to conceiving. For most of the couples that face the problem of not being able top get pregnant the problem lies in infertility. This is a very devastating disorder and it is frightening to see how many couples break up over this issue. We will discuss techniques of how to get pregnant fast and naturally for those couples that have not been able to conceive.

If any couple is serious about getting pregnant they should read this proven program that teaches people how to get pregnant fast. Getting pregnant is not as easy as most couples think it is. Many people think that getting pregnant is like snapping fingers and a fetus is conceived in the womb. A lot of these couples are going to wake up with a start.

Infertility is a problem that can be diagnosed only after the couple has tried to get pregnant for a year or more without any success. It is only then that the doctors will begin tests and will try to get the couple to conceive artificially.

No matter how advanced medical science is many techniques of artificial insemination do not really work as well and as fast as people would like to think they do. These procedures can also be expensive, embarrassing and not to mention painful. The good news about all this is that there are other options that teach one how to get pregnant faster than most methods and at a fraction of the cost too.

While trying to learn how to get pregnant on patient tried and tested many processes for a decade and a half. But learn how to get pregnant she did, but not before going through a lot of trauma brought on by uncertainty. This lady was so frustrated at the failures of the medical fraternity that she developed her own technique, got pregnant and then began helping other women like her by teaching them how to get pregnant faster. Her name is Lisa Olsen and she learnt how to get pregnant faster by studying all the natural ways there were to get pregnant.

Many of those ways were promising, but failed. However she finally found a program that helped her to give birth to two healthy beautiful infants.

So, if you want to get pregnant, try these tips:

1.	Time your s e x. Sperm survives as many as five days in the body. So, start having s e x two days before you ovulate.

2.	Stop smoking the minute you decide you want to have a baby. You reduce your chances of getting pregnant by as much as 45 percent.

3.	Increase your Vitamin E and C for a month. Folic acid helps ovulate.

4.	If you have trouble getting pregnant try the ‘missionary position’. Research has shown this to be the best position to conceive.

5.	Lose weight if you have to. Over-weight women take longer to get pregnant and it has little to do with attracting the partner.

If you are trying to get pregnant but have yet to see that line turn pink on your pregnancy test, don’t despair. Becoming pregnant can be more difficult than most people believe. Conditions must be just right for conception to take place. If the first month’s attempts at pregnancy are not successful don’t be discouraged. It is important to try to stay relaxed, be patient and keep trying. Here is some more advice on getting pregnant.

When you are trying to get pregnant the most important piece of advice that you may ever hear is to go to see the doctor. Your doctor can help you to rule out any problems that could keep you from conceiving. It is even more important to see your doctor before becoming pregnant if you have a chronic condition such as diabetes or any other medical condition that could endanger you or your baby.

Another piece of advice on getting pregnant is to maintain a health lifestyle. Smoking can be detrimental on the reproductive health of both men and women. If you are a smoker you should quit before even considering becoming pregnant. The use of alcohol or illegal drugs during pregnancy will also endanger the fetus as well as the mother and should not be used during pregnancy or it is likely that the baby will be born addicted at birth. Eating a healthy diet and getting regular exercise are also important when trying to get pregnant. Being at a healthy weight can make a huge impact on how quickly you will be able to conceive.

While one of the perks of trying to get pregnant is having lots of sex it may be helpful for you to learn how to predict your time of ovulation. Once you have pinpointed your ovulation time the more sex you have during the 24-48 hour time frame the greater your chances are of becoming pregnant. Since the sperm can live in a woman’s body for up to four days, knowing roughly when your ovulation is happening can be really useful in getting pregnant quickly. There are ovulation test kits and calendars that can help you predict when this time will occur monthly.

My final piece of advice on getting pregnant is to stay relaxed and keep trying. Remember that getting pregnant is supposed to be fun and exciting, not hard work. Try to enjoy this special time together even if it takes a while for you to become pregnant. It is not unusual for it to take up to a year to for some couples to conceive.

Many women decide to get pregnant and start their own family but do not able to decide how to go about it. A woman thinks to get pregnant but they have no idea that getting pregnant is often not an easy process for every woman in the world. Most of the time it requires a very less time but sometimes it takes a long time to get pregnant. Some Couples manage to successfully conceive a baby in a very short period. Many couples try month after month and sometime years to get pregnant without success. They have very low chances of getting pregnant. There are several reasons for less chances of becoming pregnant. Therefore, here are 3 most effective tips to increase your chances of becoming pregnant in no time.

? Quit birth control methods- if you want to increase your chances of becoming pregnant, first you need to stop using all the birth control methods. Many couples think they can fall pregnant immediately after quitting birth control methods. This is not true. You may not get pregnant immediately after quitting birth control methods. It is said that using of contraceptive pills for a long time may create many problems in your pregnancy. When you stop using birth control methods, your body needs some time to make everything normal from internal side.

? Quit smoking, drinking and drugs- it is already known for years that smoking is very dangerous for women who is pregnant. It could have bad effects on your fetus. Researchers say that smoking decreases the chances of becoming pregnant also. Smoking, drinking and taking drugs greatly diminishes your chances of getting pregnant. It can lead to miscarriages, premature birth, still birth and low-birth weight babies. It can affect your fertility and lower your partner’s sperm count. So, if you want to increase your chances of becoming pregnant, you need to stop smoking, drinking and drugs.

? Check your physical condition- third important factor that can increase your chances of becoming pregnant is your physical condition. Healthy weight women can get pregnant faster than overweight women and underweight women. Researchers say that women whose body mass index (BMI) is below 20 and above 30 have a harder time getting pregnant. Being some kilo’s above is normal than few kilo’s beyond. If you are obese women, you need to reduce your weight and burn some calories in order to increase the better chances of becoming pregnant.
